This Privacy Policy explains the limited information GenFree processes when you create images without an account.

Information We Collect
GenFree does not require an account. We process your prompt, selected aspect ratio, Turnstile verification result, anonymous session identifier, request timing, and technical data such as IP address. Successful prompts are not written to our application logs. If generation fails, the failed prompt and failure reason are logged so we can diagnose the problem.
How We Use Information
We use this information to generate and deliver your image, enforce fair-use protections, troubleshoot failures, secure the service, and improve reliability.
Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Prompts are sent to our image-generation provider, Lyceum, and verification data is processed by Cloudflare Turnstile as needed to operate and protect the service.
Data Retention
Generated image links are temporary. Operational logs, including failed prompts, are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security and troubleshooting. We may keep aggregated counts and performance data that do not include successful prompts.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use a short-lived, signed anonymous-session cookie for fair-use rate limiting. It is not an account cookie and is not used to build an advertising profile. Cloudflare may also use technologies required for Turnstile verification.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal information.
